Refund Policy

1. Overview

ECHOsenses is a digital subscription product where access is delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the product is consumed in real time (live transcription minutes), our refund policy is structured to be fair to first-time users while protecting against post-use refund requests.

2. 2-Month Access ($89, includes 15 free trial minutes)

You are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if all of the following are true:

  • You contact support within 24 hours of completing the purchase.
  • You have not exceeded the 15 included trial minutes.
  • You have not purchased any Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credit pack.

If any one of these conditions is not met, the 2-Month Access purchase is non-refundable.

3. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Credit Packs

All PAYG credit packs are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Please evaluate ECHOsenses using your 15 free trial minutes before purchasing any PAYG pack. The moment you purchase a PAYG pack, your trial-refund window closes and the entire purchase (including any 2-Month Access fee paid in the same billing cycle) becomes non-refundable.

4. After 24 Hours or Beyond Trial Minutes

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Requests received more than 24 hours after purchase.
  • Accounts that have used more than 15 trial minutes.
  • Accounts that have purchased one or more PAYG credit packs.
  • Unused minutes remaining at the end of a 2-Month Access term.
  • Cancellation of access mid-term.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund outside the above conditions in cases of:

  • Verified billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amount).
  • Service outages affecting more than 50% of the user's session, confirmed via our logs.
  • Account issues caused by a confirmed bug on our side.

Discretionary refunds are reviewed case by case and are not a guarantee.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email echosensessupport@gmail.com within the eligible window with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Order/transaction ID from your payment receipt.
  • Brief reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Payment-processor fees (typically $9 per transaction) and any taxes already remitted to a government authority are non-recoverable; the refund amount reflects what we received net of these.

7. Acceptance

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not complete the purchase.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users at least 7 days before taking effect.
